At Ji Hyang Ryu Art Studio & Gallery, we believe art is for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner exploring your creativity, a young student dreaming of becoming an artist, or an adult looking to reconnect with painting, our studio provides a welcoming space to learn, grow, and create.

We offer a wide range of weekly classes for kids, teens, and adults:

Kids & Teen Classes: Sketching, painting, anime/manga drawing, digital art, and more.
Adult Classes: Watercolour, oil, sketching, and painting in a relaxed, inspiring environment.
Special Workshops: Seasonal and themed workshops (watercolour landscapes, poppies, ocean scenes, etc.), perfect for both beginners and experienced artists.
Private & Group Sessions: Tailored lessons for schools, community groups, or team-building events.

💡 Our approach focuses on building skills and confidence step by step, helping students not just copy, but create their own art. Many of our long-term students have become award-winning artists.

Ji Hyang is also an award-winning muralist and commissioned artist. Services include:

Custom Murals for businesses, schools, cafés, government projects, and community spaces.
Live Painting at weddings, events, and celebrations.
Personal Commissions including portraits, landscapes, and abstract works.

Her murals can be seen across New Brunswick in cultural centres, cafés, hospitals, universities, and community spaces.
