Fall Registration (for classes Sept 8 – Nov 3, 2025)

📅 Registration Dates:

• Current Students: Aug 14 – Aug 23

• New Students: Aug 24 onward

September 8 – November 3, 2025
(No class on Thanksgiving – October 13)

🔵 Monday Class (8 weeks) Note : No class on Thanksgiving Oct 13th
Dates: Sept 8 - Nov 3

• 1-hour: $230 – 4:30-5:30 PM (Age 6-9)

• 2-hour: $345 – 6:00-8:00 PM (Age 9+)

🔵 Wednesday Class (8 weeks)
Dates: Sept 10 - Oct 29

• 1-hour: $230 – 7:00-8:00 PM (Age 6-9)

• 2-hour: $345 – 4:30-6:30 PM (Age 9+)

🔵 Thursday Class (8 weeks)
Dates: Sept 11 - Oct 30

• 1-hour: $230 – 4:30-5:30 PM (Age 8+) / 6:00-7:00 PM (Age 8+)

• 2-hour: $345 – 6:00-8:00 PM (Age 9+)

• 2-hour Adult Morning Class: $345 – 10:00 AM-12:00 PM (Age 16+)

Dates: Sept 12 - Oct 31

• 2-hour: $345 – 3:30-5:30 PM (Age 9+)

• 2-hour: $345 – 6:00-8:00 PM (Age 9+)

🔵 Saturday Class (8 weeks – 2-hour classes only)
Dates: Sept 13 - Nov 1

• 2-hour: $345 – 9:00-11:00 AM (Age 9+)

• 2-hour: $345 – 6:00-8:00 PM (Age 9+)

Important Notes:

• Please check all class dates carefully.

• If you are not continuing this session, please let us know so we can offer your spot to a student on the waitlist.

• Current students have priority registration until August 23. After that date, remaining spots will be offered to new students.

• Students cannot switch to a different day/time unless pre-approved and space is available after current student registration ends.

   Q: When does registration open?
   A: Please see the registration dates listed above in the Class Offering section for priority timelines.
   You can register anytime, even after the term has started, as long as there are spots available. If the class has already begun and a spot is open, we will prorate the fee for the remaining weeks.

   Q: How do I register?
   A:

   1. Cash – Pay at the studio.

   2. E-transfer – Send to paintingwithji@outlook.com (please include your child’s name in the e transfer notes or let me know )
       • 1-hour: $230 | 2-hour: $345

   3. Credit Card – www.jihyangryu.com/class-registration
       A 3% service fee applies for credit card payments.

   Q: Why is there a password on the class registration page?
   A: The password allows current students to register first and secure their spots before classes open to new students. Once priority registration ends, the password is removed for public sign-ups.

   Q: What ages can join the classes?
   A: All classes are for ages 6 and up. Adult sessions are open to ages 16+.

   Q: Can I switch days/times after registering?
   A: Not unless it’s pre-approved and there’s space after current student registration ends.

   Q: What if I’m not continuing this term?
   A: Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

   Q: What happens if a class is canceled due to weather?
   A: We’ll reschedule the class and notify you by email or text.

   Q: We are going away — can you give a discount?
   A: Unfortunately, no. We’ll do our best to arrange a makeup class within the term.

   Q: How many weeks is the session?
   A: 8 weeks (unless noted otherwise). Please check the posted dates for each class.

   Q: Can I get a makeup class if I miss one?
   A: Makeups are not guaranteed and must be booked within the same session, if available.
